NFinity is a compact nitrogen generator that takes ambient air to extract nitrogen continuously.
NFinity provides a continuous flow of 95% pure nitrogen to the CURIE Plus to create an inert oxygen-free environment during the post-curing process.
CURIE Plus is built to integrate a nitrogen flow into its UV chamber. Oxygen has a UV reaction inhibition effect that can reduce curing performance, while nitrogen gas is an inert gas that helps create an oxygen-free environment inside the curing chamber. Using nitrogen during the curing process improves the quality of the prints by strengthening mechanical properties.
To post cure with NFinity you need to use an N2 cover. The N2 cover is a polymer container that retains N2 in the curing zone. The N2 cover must be used in CURIE Plus every time a curing process is started with NFinity. Place the applications inside the CURIE Plus’ curing area and place the N2 Cover on top. Ensure the handle of the N2 Cover is facing towards you, and the N2 Cover’s hole is facing the back of the machine.

The N2 Cover should always be clean and transparent. It is recommended to use 75% alcohol wipes to clean the N2 Cover. Replace the N2 Cover if you see any damage or degradation.
Nitrogen is not toxic as 78% of the air we breathe contains this gas. However, it is not recommended to inhale this gas as high levels of nitrogen concentration can result in nausea, vomiting, lethargic movements, and unconsciousness.
