CLEANI with Tank Plus is a washing device specialized in cleaning a large volume of 3D-printed applications.
After the printing process, carefully remove the applications from the Build Platform and place them in the mesh basket inside the tank. Ensure that the hydrometer is submerged within the tank and that the tank is filled with the minimum volume of alcohol required. Close the lid, select the timer mode, and start the cleaning process.
We strongly recommend cleaning your prints for at least five minutes, and cleaning larger or more complex print jobs for longer if required.
A large tank can fit more objects for each wash, such as dental models, making it compatible with a high-production printer like SOL Plus.
Most resins require either isopropyl alcohol (99% solution) or ethyl alcohol (95% solution) for cleaning. Please refer to the material instructions for use (IFU) for the manufacturer’s recommendations.
The hydrometer floats to the surface when the alcohol is no longer effective and needs to be changed. Changing the alcohol inside CLEANI is important because failing to effectively remove excess resin from your prints will negatively impact the subsequent curing process.
